Did all our U.S. members have a great Memorial Day weekend? As you can guess, we did at our house which is why this week's post is late! Thanks again to everyone who contributed ideas or recipes to the Dave Ramsey - Budget Meal Recipes Group. There are some good money savings tips listed this week.

Welcome back for another weekly install of Budget Meal Recipes! For those coming from other areas besides our Facebook page, Dave Ramsey - Budget Meal Ideas , these are great budget and time saving ideas that have been shared on the group this week. It's fun to go through and read everyone's Facebook posts from the group and see what recipes were posted. Thank you everyone for helping others save on the budget and find creative ways to create with food they already have on hand. One of these is great for a certain holiday. Bals Lentil Cookies I hope everyone has had a great week! Here in the U.S., Sunday was Father's Day, a day known for great grilling and feeding dad his favorite foods. My husband lucked out and his sister had made his favorite dessert, peanut butter bars, for the potluck Father's Day dinner. I'm thankful for the time we get to spend with family and enjoy good food together! Small Brown Lentils Every week as I go through and find the recipes on the Facebook group I end up thinking I shouldn't be doing this around lunch time. There are so many yummy looking recipes! I'm so excited to see what other people make and try new things. My husband is absolutely loving this group as I'm finally, after almost 20 years of marriage, branching out more in the cooking area. Thank you for being there for each other, everyone! This week I noticed we seem to have a Beans and/or Rice theme in the recipe department. A great ode to Dave Ramsey, haha. ...
